The 2011 Reporting Form for the Evangelical Lutheran Synod is now available for download.

Please complete and return prior to February 15, 2012. This information is important to give a complete picture of our synod. All clergy need to return this form (including professors, emeriti, etc.). At this time, it is not possible to complete this form online. Please download and return it by email to the synod offices in Mankato: elsynod@blc.edu.
