REGISTRATION AND DELEGATE CREDENTIALS: Pastors and delegates who have pre-paid will need only to present their credentials in the Sports & Fitness Center and pick up their nametags. Those not pre-paid will need to pay their registration fee in the Sports & Fitness Center, and then present their credentials to the committee and pick up their nametag.

Roll Call for the pastors will again be taken electronically at the Credentials Table. All pastors, along with delegates, will need to announce their presence at the Credentials Table to enable this to be done.

Any board chairman who desires to have special time or a display table at the convention should contact President Moldstad by April 1.

SYNOD SUNDAY: Following the service there will be a picnic supper (free-will offering).

MEALS: Breakfasts and lunches will be served Monday, June 20, through Thursday, June 23. A complete, hot breakfast will be served in the cafeteria for $5.50. A hot lunch and salad bar will be served in the cafeteria for $6.50. For those wanting a lighter lunch, a soup and salad bar will be served for $5.00. Serving times will be 7:00 – 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Reduced meal passes, entitling you to the full meal plan, may be purchased in advance or at the cafeteria on Monday morning.

ON-CAMPUS LODGING: Rates for lodging vary from $15 to $35 per night. Bethany Lutheran College will provide blankets, pillows, pillow cases and sheets for each bed along with one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth. Lodging will be available beginning the evening of Thursday, June 16. Please fill out the ON-CAMPUS LODGING RESERVATION FORM and mail to Denise Luehmann before June 6. You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation and room number. Room assignments will also be posted at both dorms. If not paying in advance, you will need to go to the Sports and Fitness Center for payment and assignment of a room number.

TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO MANKATO: Land to Air (888-736-9190, www.landtoairexpress.com) provides airport transportation to and from Mankato. Twenty-four hour advance reservation is required.
